”Fantastic service! Was struggling to find a particular pulley bearing for my Prado. After two other bearing shops couldn't assist, Pete assured me he had the right bearing in stock and confirmed the actual bearing dimensions, not just the part number. Then when I ordered the part, Pete noticed my address and realised I lived a couple of suburbs away from him. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on my first visit but they chased up suppliers etc and kept me informed by phone, so I knew exactly what was happening and that they hadn't forgotten me. Next day (in the morning) I got a phone call saying they had my chain, cut and ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up it was there ready for me, no problems. Great service. Great communication.
